Healthy Chocolate Brownies

I wish I lived in a world where I could go a week without chocolate. Just kidding, who wants to live in a world with no chocolate?
However when the craving for something sweet hits, we don’t always have to feel guilty for giving in.
This yummy gooey Brownie recipe will send those sugar cravings running for the hill and leave you feeling guilt free

 

What you’ll need

¼ cup Cocoa macadamia Buttanuttspread
1/3 cup eat naked raw honey
¼ cup melted Lemcke coconut oil
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
½ cup Lemcke almond flour

What to do

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, grease baking tray
Wisk together the butternut, honey and coconut oil until well combined.
Wisk in cocoa powder and then add vanilla salt and eggs until well incorporated, using a spatula slowly fold in almond flour until you have a gooey consistency
Add nuts (optional) pour batter into tin and smooth into even layer. Bake for 20 – 30 min or until knife comes out clean when inserted. (Keep checking that they don’t burn)
Cool completely and top off with Cocoa Macadamia Buttabuttspread
